The $49.99 look/travel fee for Jupiter and Wellington is earned when we visit or pick up. It is credited toward approved recovery or repair. Recovery labor is not charged if we cannot get the data.

No recovery is guaranteed. Mechanical platter work and phone recovery are not offered. Devices may already be failing; we are not liable for further loss inherent in a dying device.
