How it works

1. You send photos and symptoms, and your city.
2. We confirm the $49.99 look for Jupiter or Wellington (extra trip quoted if you are farther).
3. On-site if we can assess there. Pickup if it needs the bench (scope, hot air, clip).
4. You approve any recovery or repair before we do it. The $49.99 credits toward that job.
5. If we cannot recover the data, there is no recovery labor. The look fee stays.

We do not run a storefront and we do not publish a home address. Pickup and return in northern Palm Beach County.
